PDC: Change in personnel

Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Le Van Thin has resigned from Person in charge of Corporate Governance with effect since 12/12/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh has been appointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Company Secretary for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 12/12/2023.
