- Reason: Because the Company's customers/Partners are facing difficulties paying the Company's debts, the Company has not yet arranged enough money to make dividend payment in 12/2023.
Other contents in the notice no.3273/TB-VSDC dated 22/11/2023 by VSDC remain unchanged.
