Pursuant to Document No. 399/CV-IJC dated 14/12/2023 of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (securities code: IJC), Viet Nam Securities Depository ansd Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce 2nd change of 2022 cash dividend payment (record date: 30/06/2023) as follows:

Payment time: 31/01/2024
Reason: Due to the difficult situation of the real estate business and slow debt collection, for existing cash flow, the issuer plans to prioritize interest and principal payment for bonds due on 31/12/2023. Therefore, the Issuer changed 2022 dividend payment time to 31/01/2024.
Other contents in Notice no.5669/TB-CNVSDC-ĐK.NV dated 02/10/2023 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
