NSG: Notice of stock status

On December 18, 2023, HNX announces the status of Saigon Plastic Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NSG) as follows: NSG shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No.1319/QD-SGDHN dated December 18, 2023 because the company had negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and did not convene the Annual General Meeting in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises and  the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinions on the Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed in Points a, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
