PEG: Notice of stock status

On February 15, 2024, HNX announces the status of Petec Trading and Investment Corporation’s shares (stock code: PEG) as follows: PEG shares are put on alert starting due to the reason that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
