CPI: Notice of stock status

On February 20, 2024, HNX announces the status of Cai Lan Port Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CPI) as follows: CPI shares are under trading restriction due to the reason that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed at point a, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
