VBB: Adjustment of execution time of right issue

Pursuant to the notice no.687/2024/TB-VB dated 27/02/2024 on extension of making payment for right issue of share of Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: VBB), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce adjustment of execution time of right issue as follows:

+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 16/01/2024 to 28/02/2024. 
+ Deadline for members' submission of subscription list and making relevant payment to VSDC: 01/03/2024
+ Effective date of code cancellation: 04/03/2024
- Adjusted information:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 16/01/2024 to 22/03/2024. 
+ Deadline for members' submission of subscription list and making relevant payment to VSDC: 26/03/2024
+ Effective date of code cancellation: 27/03/2024
