ECI: Third Change of dividend payment date

Pursuant to the document no. 05/2024/ECI-CV dated 27/02/2024 of ECI Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: ECI), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce third change of 2022 dividend payment date of ECI share (record date: 04/12/2023) as follows:

- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 26/04/2024
- Reason: Because the Company's customers/Partners are facing difficulties in paying debts to the Company, the Company has not yet arranged enough money to make dividend payment according to the time approved in Board of Directors Resolution No. 01/2024/NQ-HĐQT dated 17/01/2024.
Other issues in the notice no.856/VSDC-ĐK.NV dated 18/01/2024 by VSDC remain unchanged.
