ILB: 2024 Annual General Meeting

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 04/2024, specific time will be officially announced in the invitation letter
- Meeting venue: the meeting hall of ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh Joint Stock Company, No. 10 Phan Dang Luu, quarter 7, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2023 results, salary, investment and 2024 plan
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2023 activities and 2024 plan
+ 2023 audited separate and consolidated financial statements
+ 2023 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment, dividend payment and 2024 plan
+ Remuneration, bonus to the BOD, SB, executives and 2024 plan
+ Selection of an auditing company to audit, review 2024 financial statements
+ Proposal for share issuance for raising charter capital
+ Contracts, transactions of the Company with companies of internal people or people related to internal people within the authority of the general meeting
+ Dismissal, election of additional BOD member for 2023-2028 term
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/03/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
