DSG: Notice of stock status

On March 06, 2024, HNX announces the status of Dap Cau Sheet Glass Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DSG) as follows: DSG shares are put out of alert starting from March 08, 2024 due to the reason that the audit organization has expressed the unqualified opinion on the company's Annual Financial Statements 2023 according to Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
