MAS: Notice on stock status

On 12/03/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of MAS shares as follows:
-  Under alert under Decision No.113/QD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2024 because the 2023 undistributed profit after tax was negative
-  Under supervision under Decision No.112/QD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2024 because the profit after tax of the Company in 2023 was positive; however, the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 is negative.
