SD2: Notice of stock status

On March 13, 2024, HNX announces the status of Song Da 2 JSC’s shares (stock code: SD2) as follows: SD2 shares are being put on continued alert due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
