BHC: ​Notice of stock status

On March 14, 2024, HNX announces the status of Bien Hoa Concrete Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: BHC) as follows: BHC shares are under trading restriction since 14/03/2024 because the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Financial Statement of 2023; The auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinion financial statements of 2023 as prescribed in Points  a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
