VST: Notice of stock status

On March 14, 2024, HNX announces the status of Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: VST) as follows:


- VST shares are under arlert since 14/03/2024 regarding to the Decision 123/QD-SGDHN because the auditing organization gave qualified opinion for financial statements for three consecutive years as prescribed in Points  a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange

- VST shares are under trading restriction since 14/03/2024 because the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Financial Statement of 2023 as prescribed in Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
