BSG: ​Notice of stock status

On March 18, 2024, HNX announces the status of Saigon Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: BSG) as follows: BSG shares are put out of alert starting from 19/03/2024 due to the reason that the audit organization have expressed an unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed at Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
