TSD: Decision on being put out of trading restriction on UPCoM

Following to Decision No. 152/QD-SGDHN dated March 21, 2024, HNX announces the being put out of trading restriction of TSD stock as follows:
- Ground for being out of trading restriction: The audited annual Financial Statement 2023;
- Reason: The owner's equity is not negative recorded in the audited annual Financial Statement 2023;
- Effective date: 25/3/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
