On March 22, 2024, SaiGon Binh Tay Beer Group JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 15/2024/CV-CBTT on maximum foreign ownership rate as follow: On March 21, 2024, SaiGon Binh Tay Beer Group JSC received Official Dispatch No. 1782/UBCK-PTTT by the State Securities Commission (SSC), in which SSC received dossier on maximum foreign ownership rate of SBB at 100% under Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government of the detailed regulations to implement several articles of the Law on Securities.
