Pursuant to the document no. 10/032024/CV-ICF dated 22/03/2024 of INVESTMENT COMMERCE FISHERIES CORPORATION on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 29/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 608/TB-CNVSDC dated 11/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch
Reason: The Issuer has not complete preparation for the annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
