ABC: Notice of stock status

On March 25, 2024, HNX announces the status VMG Media Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ABC) as follows: ABC shares are put out of alert from 28/3/2024 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave unqualified opinion on Annual Financial Statements 2023 according to Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
