•         Base of review: Annual General Mandate 2023 No. 15/29023/NQ-HDQT dated December 07, 2023 and Official Dispatch No. 28/DN-CTTC dated March 20, 2024
•         Effective date: March 29, 2024 
•         Reason: The Company organized the Annual Financial Statements 2023
•        Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On March 26, 2024, HNX announces the status of Tochau JSC’s shares (stock code: TCJ) as follows:
- TCJ shares are out of alert due to due to the Company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023, according to the provisions at Point b Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TCJ shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2021 according to the provisions at Point a, b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
