HTP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 2803/2024/TB-HTP dated 28/03/2024 of  Hoa Phat textbook Printing JSC (securities code HTP) on cancelling the list of 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 19/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 19/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no.773/TB-VSDC dated 27/02/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Hoa Phat textbook Printing JSC change the plan of organizing 2024 annual general meeting 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
