- Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh has been reappointed Head of Vinh Phuc branch with effect since 01/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Huu Xinh has been appointed Acting Head of Hochiminh branch with effect since 01/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Sy has been reappointed Deputy General Manager of the company with effect since 01/04/2024
