Lap Phuong Thanh Production And Trading Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Pham Anh Tuan has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 30/03/2024;
- Ms. Pham Thi Huyen has been appointed independent Member of the BOD cum Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect since 30/03/2024;
- Ms. Tran Thi Phuong has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 30/03/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nhung has been appointed Member of the BOD cum Member of the Audit Committee with effect since 30/03/2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Manh has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD and Member of the BOD with effect since 30/03/2024; 
- Mr. Nguyen Viet Khoa has been dismissed from Member of the BOD, Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect since 30/03/2024;
- Mr. Phan Quang Tiep has been dismissed from Member of the BOD, Member of the Audit Committee with effect since 30/03/2024.
