HU3: Notice of stock status

On 01/042024, HNX announces the status of HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: HU3) as follows: HU3 shares are being put on alert due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
