* Stock under continued alert:
- Reason: The auditor has expressed qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more.
- Ground for alert: Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2023
- Effective date: 05/04/2024
- Applicable regulation: Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Ho Chi Minh City Public Lighting Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 267/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2023.
On 04/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of HTM shares as follows: HTM shares are under alert as the auditor has given qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
