Pursuant to Decision No. 274/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CEG stock as follows:
- Issuer: Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation
- Stock code: CEG
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The auditor gives a disclaimer of opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and qualified opinion on the Audited FS 2023
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is available only every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 and Point c Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 576/QD-SGDHN dated May 30, 2023.
