PMJ: Decision on being put out of alert and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 259/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024, HNX announces the being put out of alert of PMJ stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2023;
- Effective date: 08/4/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.

On April 03, 2024, HNX announces the status of P&T Material Supply Joint-Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PMJ) as follows: PMJ shares are put out of alert from April 08, 2024 according to Decision No.259/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave unqualified opinion on Annual Financial Statements 2023 according to Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
