On April 03, 2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 261/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:

·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: PIS
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
·         Reason: The audit organization have expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
.          Effective date: 08/4/2024
·          Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Binh Dinh Pisico Corporation JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
