GTD: Decision on continued alert on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 260/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024, HNX announces the continued alert of GTD stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued alert as prescribed this Decision,
Thuongdinh Footwear Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 270/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2023.

On 03/04/2024, HNX announces the status of Thuongdinh Footwear Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: GTD) as follows: GTD shares are being put on alert due to the reason(s) that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
