On April 03, 2024, HNX announces the status of Song Da 4 JSC’s shares (stock code: SD4) as follows:
SD4 shares are under continued alert due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
