HTE: Decision on being put out of alert and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 262/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024, HNX announces the being put out of alert of HTE stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more;
- Effective date: 08/4/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.

On April 03, 2024, HNX announces the status of Ho Chi Minh City Electric Power Trading Investment Corporation’s shares (stock code: HTE) as follows: HTE shares are put out of alert from April 08, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
