          - Exercise rate: 20%/share (shareholders receive VND 2,000 for every share they own) 
           - Exercise date: 26/4/2024
           - Place of payment:
           + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
       + For undeposited shares: external shareholders, shareholders who were formerly employees of the Company and shareholders who are currently employees of the Company Office, Steam Production Plant and Medical Station of the Company: receive dividends at the Company's Finance and Accouting Department (No. 02 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province). Shareholders who are employees and strategic investors in any affiliated unites will receive dividends at the Finance Accounting Department of that unit. 
          + For undeposited shares: shareholders having desires to receive dividends via bank transfer or authorizing the other to receive dividends should send the transfer request form/power of attorney according to the Form at website: www.qns.com.vn to Accounting and Finance Department of the Company.
