On April 03, 2024, HNX announces the status of Da Nang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DNE) as follows: DNE shares are put out of alert from April 09, 2024 according to Decision No.336/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave unqualified opinion on Annual Financial Statements 2023 according to Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
