On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Leather Footwear and Garment Making Exporting Corporation’s shares (stock code: LGM) as follows:
- LGM shares are under alert from 09/4/2024 due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years as prescribed at point(s) a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- LGM shares are under trading restriction from 09/4/2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023 as prescribed at point(s) a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
