LGM: Decision on being put on alert

Following Decision No. 332/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Leather Footwear and Garment Making Exporting Corporation
- Stock code: LGM
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The auditing organization expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years 
- Effective date: 09/04/2024
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under alert, Leather Footwear and Garment Making Exporting Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
