VNH: Decision on the stock being put under trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No. 294/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2024, HNX announces the stock being put under trading restriction as follow:
* Decision on the stock being put under trading restriction
- Issuer: Viet Viet Nhat Investment Corporation
- Stock code: VNH
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2023;
- Effective date: 08/04/2024
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, VNH must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 04/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of VHN shares as follows: The auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed in Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
