VSG: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

* Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 297/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of VSG stock as follows:
- Issuer: South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VSG
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, VSG must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 343/QD-SGDHN dated 05/04/2023.

On April 03, 2024, HNX announces the status of South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company 's shares (stock code: VSG) as follows: VSG shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023 as prescribed at points a and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
