ACM: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 361/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of ACM stock as follows:
- Issuer: A Cuong Mineral Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: ACM
- Effective date: 04/04/2024
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Other reason: The Company has stopped production and business activities for more than 1 year.
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is available only every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c, đ Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, A Cuong Mineral Group Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 388/QD-SGDHN dated 19/04/2023.
