ACM: Notice of stock status

On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of A Cuong Mineral Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: ACM) as follows:

ACM shares are under trading restriction as the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2023, the Company has stopped production and business activities for more than 1 year as prescribed in Point c , đ section 1 Article 34 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
