Following Decision No. 326/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of VTJ stock as follows:
- Issuer: Vi Na Ta Ba Trading & Investment Joint-stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VTJ
- Effective date: 09/04/2024
- Base of review: Audited Financial statement 2023
- Reason: Profit after tax was positive but undistributed profit after tax dated 31/12/2023 was negative
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 4 Article 38 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Vi Na Ta Ba Trading & Investment Joint-stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
