Following Decision No. 350/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of FCN stock as follows:
- Issuer: DMC-Northern Petrolium Chemicals Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: FCN
- Effective date: 04/04/2024
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is available only every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, DMC-Northern Petrolium Chemicals Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 04/QD-SGDHN dated January 04, 2024.

FCN shares are under trading restriction as the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed in Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
