Pursuant to the notice no.369/TB-CPNT2 dated 04/04/2024 of Petrovietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 22/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no.432/TB-CNVSDC dated 01/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch
Reason: The issuer is completing the procedures to successfully organize 2024 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
