On 04/04/2024, HNX announces the status of LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LM3) as follows: LM3 shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its 2023 audited financial statements as prescribed; The auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the 2023 financial statements at Point a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
