NNT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2024 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 256/CNNT dated 03/04/2024 of Ninh Thuan Water Supply Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date: 25/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 560/TB-CNVSDC dated 07/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: NTT postponed the organization of 2024 annual general meeting because the Agency representing the State-owned capital at NTT has not approved documents of 2024 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
