APC: Transferring registration, depository data of APC shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for APC shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered shares: 20.121.395 shares
- Total value of registered shares: 201,213,950,000 VND
From 03/05/2024, VSDC branch will transfer data of registration and depository of APC shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company shares were delisted on HOSE according to Decision No. 131/QD-SGDHCM dated 29/03/2024 of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange
