TAR: Shares could be delisted

On 04/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: TAR shares of Trung An Hi-Tech Farming Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP because the audit organization issued a disclaimer of opinion to separate and consolidated financial statements 2023 of the company. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider mandatory delisting of these shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
