On 04/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 304/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:

·         Stock code: SRA
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
·         Effective date: 09/04/2024
·         Reason: The auditing organization has an qualified opinion for the audited 2023 consolidated financial statements.
·         Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
