Following Decision No. 368/QD-SGDHN dated 05/04/2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put under supervision as follow:
- Issuer: CNC Capital Viet Nam.,JSC
- Stock code: KSQ
- Reason: The auditor has qualified opinion for Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 of the company
- Basic review: Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 of the company which is audited by TTP Auditing Co., Ltd
- Effective date: 10/04/2024
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
