NNT: Cancellation of record date for 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 256/CNNT dated 03/04/2024 of Ninh Thuan Water Supply JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2024 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2024 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 26/03/2024
Reason for cancellation: The representative of company's state capital has not yet approved the general meeting's documents
