VGL: Change in personnel

Vingal – Vnsteel Industries Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Duong Trung Toan has been appointed Chair of the Board term 2022-2027 in place of Mr. Pham Thanh Lam with effect since 10/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board term 2022-2027 in place of Mr. Trieu Anh Vu with effect since 10/04/2024.
